CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety - Refresher
These qualifications have been developed to address the growing need to make learning more relevant to specific business environments and meet the National Occupational Standards. The CIEH Level 2 Awards in Food Safety provide a flexible syllabus which enables training to be tailored to meet specific needs.
Having taken a qualification previously it is important to keep up to date and to remind ourselves of the content of our training.
Who needs this qualification?
All candidates who have taken the CIEH Level 2 Awards in Food Safety are recommended to take a refresher course three years after the completion.
Why is this training important?
Food safety regulations and best practice are constantly changing and in order to guarantee safe food to consumers, food business operators must ensure their employees are kept up to date.
This training will:

- Understand the importance of food safety procedures and reporting
